NTL Business Services

NTL also offer a wide range of services for businesses covering all aspects of communication. Speaking only from personal experience of NTL, their customer support is terrible (long delays when trying to reach them and quite unhelpful responses when you finally do get through). Having said that, their pricing structure and service is normally quite good though so you will have to decide which is more important to you. Again from personal experience: If you are with NTL I recommend that if, by some miracle, you find a helpful person in customer support, note their name and always ask to be put through to them when you call again.

Royal Mail

Regardless of which of the two above postal services you use, the Royal Mail is still used by many law firms. Their site has useful tools including postcode and address finders which I have placed in the "Tools" section below. There is also a "Track and Trace" tool so that you can monitor the progress of special and recorded delivery items.
